When my mother was dying in my home, I needed someone to stay with her for a few hours while I did the shopping and ran errands. Roger and Lily were terrific, and can do light housework, or make a meal, as well. Unlike agencies that provide only nurses and make you pay for them to stay all day, the caregivers at Staying in Place provide help with home maintenance tasks, can be a friendly, compassionate companion to your loved one, and can be there for shorter periods of time.
