“Wow, where do I begin? I have been an acquaintance of Roger Maddox for over 10 years. When I heard he was starting this company, I talked with him about it to learn more and offer encouragement. I knew my mom might need his services sometime in the future. Well, within a year or so, my mom had a minor stroke but it was bad enough that she needed some additional assistance beyond what I could easily provide. Roger met with me and my mom on a weekend. He wasn’t in a hurry, didn’t have a high-pressure or thoroughly rehearsed sales pitch. He basically said here’s who we are, here’s what we do, and here’s what it costs. He roughly said that he hires very strong, “overqualified” staff who are super patient, friendly, and excellent at what they do. He said they will basically do almost anything (too long of a list to include here). The cost was extremely reasonable. Enter my mom: she thought it sounded great but didn’t want to spend the money. She finally waded into the shallow end, working with Jen. SHE LOVES JEN! Fast-forward – my mom finally decided to move to a retirement home. I cannot begin to tell you what a huge help Jen and Roger have been to help her with this move. We hired a moving company but Roger and Jen did so much to help her get ready – sorting, selling, donating, cleaning, fixing, and on and on. Long story short – I have been completely impressed and overjoyed by Roger and his team and services. I entrusted them with one of the most important things in my life and they far exceed my expectations. I strongly recommend them to anyone considering their services.”
