What services do you offer?
We offer companionship, transportation, meal prep, grocery shopping, light housekeeping and laundry, light yard work, and handyman services. We want to make sure that your day runs smoothly so we’ll help you prepare meals for the days to come, keep up with chores and maintenance around your house, drive you where you need to go and spend time with you doing what you want to do every day.
How are your team members screened?
We understand how important it is to trust the person who is providing home care assistance. Each member of our team goes through an extensive pre-employment screening process, including a national background and driving record check, a drug screening, an in-person interview and submission of professional references. All of our team members are bonded and insured and will be covered by professional liability and workmen’s compensation insurance.

How does the scheduling work?
After a phone consultation and an in-home visit, we will help you determine the schedule that best meets your needs. Our team members are available Monday through Friday from 8.00 am to 6 pm.
You may schedule up to 10 hours a day or a minimum of four hours per block of time.
We package our services from 1 day to 5 days a week Monday to Friday with a Special Project day on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm.
Our goal is to be that 12th sibling that provides assistance when you need it to help you manage your week and life.
What areas do you service?
We provide assistance to Seniors living in Mehlville, Oakville, Webster Groves, Clayton, Town and Country, Ladue, Creve Coeur, Chesterfield, Wildwood, Ballwin, Manchester, and surrounding areas.
Do you provide medical care?
We do not provide any medical care or administer medicine. However we can give reminders to Seniors to take their medication and support physician recommendations for diet and exercise.

Do you accept medical insurance?
No, our services are not covered by medical insurance including Medicare.
Can you help with getting ready in the morning and at night?
Yes, we can provide assistance with activities of daily living such as getting dressed and ready for the day in the morning. Our home care providers end their day at 6 pm, which is typically too early to help with bedtime routines.
How do I get started?
Contact us by filling out our website form (below), by calling us, or sending an email. We will call you within 24 hours and set up a free home visit to discuss your needs, and do a home assessment. During the home visit, we will review the plans and services we offer, and do a walk-through. Once we agree on the best schedule and services for your needs, we will create a start date and introduce you to your home care team member. We follow up with a personal visit with each client and team member to ensure all the services you require are in place and expectations are being met.
